Parties and launches

  1. The Party Plan

    £125

    For doing it yourself, calmly, anywhere in the UK

    A 45-minute video call, then a plan pack: a timeline for the day, up to 6 local suppliers with prices you can check, a shopping list with quantities, a styling board, and one round of changes.

    Plan within 5 working days of the call · book at least 2 weeks ahead

  2. Styled and Set

    £225

    A birthday or milestone party, at home or in a hall

    Everything in The Party Plan, plus Laura sets up and styles the room for up to 2 hours before guests arrive, then leaves you to enjoy it.

  3. The Party Day

    £395

    A children’s party, a milestone party, or a small launch or networking evening, up to 50 guests

    Everything in Styled and Set, plus up to 3 hours running the timeline on the day: suppliers, food timings and the order of the day (for a launch, the welcome desk and guest list), then up to 1 hour of pack-down.

    Parents look after the children; Laura looks after the party.

Small weddings and bigger days

    A small wedding, up to 60 guests

    Joins you 6 weeks before: 2 planning calls, a full run sheet and supplier confirmations in the final weeks, then up to 10 hours on the day, from set-up to the last supplier.

  2. Planned Together

    £995

    A small wedding, or a bigger party or launch

    Up to 12 hours of planning (calls, supplier search, a budget tracker and the run sheet), then everything in The Wedding Day or The Party Day, on the day.

    More guests, more days, or more than one venue

    Built on the same hourly basis as the steps above. The quote lists every hour and every line before anything is booked.

Invitation to match£45

One digital invitation in the party’s styling, 2 rounds of changes, a phone-ready image and a print-ready PDF. Ready in 3 working days.

Wedding stationery suite£195

The invitation, a details or RSVP card, and the on-the-day set (menu, place card, table plan, welcome sign) as print-ready files. Designs in 10 working days; printing is optional and quoted in writing before you order.

Not in the price: decorations, balloons, flowers and props from your list; venue hire, food and drink, cake, entertainers and photographers; printing. Travel beyond a local area is agreed before you book.
